Road to Emmaus Craft

A Craft To Remind Us To Look For Jesus

Three days after His resurrection, Jesus appeared to two of His followers who were traveling on the road to a town called Emmaus. He walked with them all day and they didn’t know it was Him. When they arrived home, they invited Jesus in for supper. It wasn't until He broke bread, that they recognized Him and they rejoiced that He had risen!

This craft is an optical illusion that we like to call "Is that you, Jesus?" At first glance, it's kind of confusing, but with just a couple of folds, you'll recognize that it's Jesus.

It's not always easy to recognize Jesus in our life, sometimes it takes a whole day of walking alongside Him, like His followers on the road to Emmaus, to know He is there.
